The goal of the ministerial staff is to assist the Pastors as they shepherd the flock and to assist the parishioners as they grow in their walk with Jesus.

 Elder Dawnya F. Lindsey, Associate Pastor
Elder Lindsey has served at Vision of Life Ministries for 8 years. Her responsibilities include coordinating ministerial training, Ministry administration, teaching Bible Study, Communion preparation and outreach activities. She serves as the WATC-TV Prayer Partner Team Leader.

 Dr. Terry M. Rogers, Ministerial Staff
Dr. Rogers' duties include assisting in ministerial training and coordinating the Prison Ministry which provides Bible studies for inmates in prisons, jails and trasnsitional facilities in many states. She also teaches Bible Study, ministers through Christian comedy and coordinated the 2006 Vacation Bible School Day. She is the Ladies of Life coordinator. Ladies of Life is the women's ministry at Vision of Life.

Lady Candy Cooper's duties include planning activities for the Children's Church and the youth of Vision of Life Ministries.
